Review #2: A COURT OF THORNS AND ROSES

Book: A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas

Review:

Let me say first that I loved this book and was hooked by the third chapter.

The writing is amazing and the whole story came together so well and in fact I imagined three or so characters as actors should this ever be picked up (looking at you Toby Regbo).

The story is firstly is fantasy. Feyre comes from the ‘mortal’ realm of Prythian and breaks (unknowingly) a very old treaty and must travel and live forever in the immortal realm. So sets the pace of the story which went strength to strength.

The trials and tribulations that Feyre faces along with fellow characters Tamlin and Lucien are amazing to read. Fairies and creatures and along with a great story are everything in this novel (which is the first in the series). There are also good fairies and bad along with those with their own agenda. The reader just needs to know who are who.

So great and I look forward to seeing more from this series as I could not put it down.

Until next time!
